In DLand®, we do not like the word “disabled”, let alone its meaning, nor the idea that a person may be excluded from the professional sphere by a matter of age. We do not believe that because someone has physical limitations, a disabled person must be considered, but quite the contrary, we know that all people are trained to do some things, although some people find it more difficult than others.

It does not matter if it is a person with physical limitations, at risk of social exclusion, or who has difficulties finding work for their age … we also want to help people who need it most. For this reason, DLand® employs people belonging to these groups.
